#R1# Rowlands keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lynch shoots in for a takedown but Rowlands shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.#TD# Lynch shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Rowlands manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Lynch postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lynch sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rowlands's guard. #SUB# Lynch is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rowlands defends it well. Lynch wants to control but Rowlands is keeping him busy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Lynch looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Lynch has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. No, Rowlands has escaped the position, nice work there. #SUB# Lynch is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rowlands knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. #SUB# Lynch has an Americana. Rowlands didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Lynch is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Lynch hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

#R1##TD# Starman closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Lynch wants to stand back up but Starman manages to pass into side control.
Lynch is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Lynch is trying to control Starman's posture but Starman avoids it. Lynch is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Lynch is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Starman off and has taken his back!#SUB2# Lynch goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. Starman escapes and is now in half guard on top. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!#SUB2# Lynch looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Starman with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. #T1##SUB2# Lynch looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Starman seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books!
