Gordon takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
That kick from Stahl tenderised Gordon's leg. Gordon is trying to keep his angry face on.

Stahl scores with the left hand. Gordon knows he should have avoided that one.
Stahl dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
BOOM! Stahl lands a beautiful left hook that drops Gordon. Gordon tries to recover but Stahl is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Gordon lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Byrd fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stahl sprawls well initially but Byrd persists and gets the takedown into half guard. #SUB#
Byrd is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Stahl sees it coming and defends easily.
Stahl scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Byrd manages to mount him!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB#
Byrd is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Stahl is surviving well by controlling Byrd's body position as best he can.
Byrd sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Byrd won't let Stahl get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Byrd cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Stahl's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. #SUB#
