No luck for Silvain with that takedown attempt.
A quick step to the side and Off tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Silvain has eaten all the pies!
Silvain shoots and misses
and Off counters with a straight right hand.#CUT#
It looks like Reineir Silvain has been cut.
Off cracks Silvain with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Off lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Silvain up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Off from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Silvain's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jackin Off!
A relieved looking Jackin Off thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Stokes fails in his attempt to clinch.

Silvain shoots for a takedown but Stokes saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Silvain fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stokes sprawls well initially but Silvain persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Abdul Hannan shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Silvain takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Abdul Hannan sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Silvain bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
