We've been hearing reports that Inoue has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. and Tipton makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Bae throws a right hand that Tipton ducks under and follows up with a left that Tipton also avoids with ease. Tipton looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Bae could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Bae falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tipton counters with a nice uppercut. #CUT2# It looks like Soo Bae has been cut. Bae shoots for a takedown but Tipton saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. #R1# Bae connects with a crisp jab. #TD2# Chuck feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#SU2# Chuck decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. #TD2# Chuck manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bae on his heels. He'll look to pass Bae's guard now, I'm sure. Bae wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Chuck manages to pass to side control. #REVR# The referee calls for the fighters to work.
#SUB2# Chuck looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Bae is trying to keep an underhook but Chuck manages to get the takedown into half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Chuck lands a nice short elbow. Chuck controlling the action here.#SUB2# Chuck seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Bae is in big trouble! He's tapping out! Monday looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.#TD# Monday feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
