#R1# Willis moves to clinch but Badass breaks away letting Badass counter with a right hand. Willis misses with an uppercut. Badass saw that one coming. Willis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Badass as he avoids it easily. A nice side step and Badass releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.#CL# Willis drives through and clinches with Badass against the ropes.

Willis lands with a straight right. Luzhka didn't see that one coming. A looping hook to the body misses from Luzhka. Willis does a little dance to reset his feet. Willis misses with a double jab.

Gary Willis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. This has been an exciting period of action! Luzhka slips a straight right by Willis. #R1# Mbube swats away the attempt to clinch by Willis. Willis with a lazy takedown attempt and Willis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Mbube ducks down and throws a hook to the body.#CL# Willis closes the distance and clinches. Mbube lands a hook to the side of the head.#BC2# Mbube manages to break the clinch.
Willis moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Mbube dips to his left and cracks Willis with an uppercut! Mbube lands with a hook. Willis tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Willis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mbube swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mbube looks like he wants to counter punch here.#TD# Willis shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Willis was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! This has been an exciting period of action!#SUB# Willis looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Mbube really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Willis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. A nice elbow there by Willis. Willis is in the full mount, landing strikes. Mbube tries to reverse the position but Willis maintains control. Willis looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Mbube covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
