#R1##CL2# Willis gets a clinch. A nice left hand lands by Willis.
Willis lands an uppercut. A short body shot lands from Willis as the two fighters clinch.
Ramzanov is trying to pull guard but Willis turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch. Willis makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Willis lands a body shot. Ramzanov jumps guard but Willis turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing. Willis lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ramzanov backwards. #ROC2# Ramzanov is rocked!#KD2# Willis drops Ramzanov onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Ramzanov is propped up by the ropes and works his way back to his feet! Oh Ramzanov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ramzanov is trying to pull guard but Willis turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mamed Ramzanov. That's going to take a lot out of him. Willis dips a shoulder and cracks Ramzanov with a mighty uppercut! Ramzanov falls back against the ropes and Willis unloads with a barrage of strikes! Ramzanov is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Willis screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

#R1##TD2# Ramzanov drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.#SUB# Ramzanov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Joyner has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ramzanov has managed to get both his arms back between Joyner's legs - danger averted. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.#SUB# Joyner throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
#SUB# Joyner looking for a guillotine here but Ramzanov defends easily.
Ramzanov trying to control but Joyner is working from the bottom. #T1# We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Ramzanov is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Joyner is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Joyner has escaped and now he's on top! #REVR# Ramzanov preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Joyner is looking to work some ground and pound but Ramzanov has wrist control. Ramzanov working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Joyner. #SUB# Joyner postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ramzanov is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Joyner, into his guard. #REVB# Joyner is trying to control the position but Ramzanov postures up. #T2# Joyner is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. #SUB# Joyner has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Ramzanov is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Joyner. Joyner tries to improve position but can't. Joyner gets back to half guard. Ramzanov seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Joyner does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. #T3# Ramzanov has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Ramzanov wants to take Joyner's back here but Joyner is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

#T4# Joyner bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!#SUB# Joyner drops back, looking for a kneebar! Ramzanov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Ramzanov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Ramzanov! #REVB# Joyner stops Ramzanov from passing to mount. Joyner is being controlled here. #T5# Joyner tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ramzanov wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. #SUB2# Ramzanov is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Joyner knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Ramzanov is looking to take a break and control but Joyner is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Joyner is looking for a sweep.#T6# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Joyner prevents Ramzanov from improving position. Joyner is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ramzanov's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Joyner regains full guard. Nicely done. Joyner tries to strike from the bottom.
#T7# Ramzanov passes Joyner's left leg - he's now in half guard. #SUB# Joyner looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Ramzanov is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Joyner! #SUB2# Ramzanov is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Joyner can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

#T8##SUB2# Joyner has left one of his arms exposed and Ramzanov doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Joyner screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 8:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Mamed Ramzanov! Mamed Ramzanov decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.

#R1##TD# ItalianoSausigie throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ramzanov was covering up waiting for the punch and ItalianoSausigie finishes the takedown easily into guard. #SUB2# ItalianoSausigie wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Ramzanov's closed guard. He's half up but Ramzanov has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Ramzanov pivots and extends the arm, ItalianoSausigie falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Ramzanov! Well done that man!
