#R1##TD2# Law closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Green quickly recovers to half guard. Law working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Law lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Law trying to control the pace. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Law connects with a nice short shot to Green's temple. Law controlling the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Law slips a nice elbow through Green's hands, connecting with Green's forehead.#T1# Law sitting and controlling from the half guard. Law seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Green could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Green taking some punishment here, with Law in his half guard. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Law working away. Law lands a few punches from side control. Law moves into full mount! #SUB2# Law has hold of Green's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Green manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Law breaks from Green's wrist control and lands an elbow. Green is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Law throws a wild body kick that Green sees coming a mile off. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Law has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Green uses from the top position. Green loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Law utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Law looking for a sweep. Not yet Law, not yet. Green stands up out of Law's guard for a moment - Law manages to land a nice upkick.#T1# Law looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Green would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Law is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Law seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. #SUB2# Green is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Law has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Green is looking to defend but Law has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Green! Green can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Boi controls the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Green is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Boi is in close to Green's body, working some short punches and elbows. Boi works a leg free and moves into half guard. Boi keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.#SUB# Green is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Boi pulls his head out easily. #R1# Green closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. #CL2# Ellis clinches up against the cage. Ellis is trying to break the clinch but Green is controlling him. Green keeps control of Ellis as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Green prevents Ellis from breaking the clinch. Green has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ellis is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Green is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Green jumps guard but Ellis stands there with Green around his waist. Green gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
