Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Jack Oltrades (ranked 5895 p4p, 194 weight class) and Mike Dagger (ranked 8519 p4p, 232 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jack Oltrades has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jack Oltrades seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Jack Oltrades! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Mike Dagger! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Dagger looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Oltrades (0) vs (2) Dagger Dagger trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Oltrades looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dagger is one step ahead there. Dagger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Oltrades swivels though and keeps the full guard. Oltrades is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oltrades not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That's one minute gone in the round. Dagger pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Oltrades is keeping the position for now. Dagger drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dagger jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Dagger trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Dagger should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Dagger advances to half guard. Dagger looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Dagger passes to full mount! Score +3 for passing guard: Oltrades (0) vs (5) Dagger
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dagger is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Oltrades is surviving well by controlling Dagger's body position as best he can. Dagger trying to control but Oltrades is having none of it. Dagger is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Oltrades is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Oltrades flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Dagger anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Oltrades and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Dagger slips an arm under Oltrades chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Dagger has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Dagger is squeezing on Oltrades like an anaconda would it's prey. Oltrades fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

#R1# Nice defenses there by Mulligan. Mulligan looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!#CL2# Oltrades closes the distance and clinches. Oltrades swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Mulligan is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Oltrades lands a hook that snaps the head of Mulligan backwards. Mulligan using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Oltrades has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Our sources have told us that Mulligan has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Mulligan wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Oltrades scores with a nice hook to the head. Stalling in the clinch from Oltrades.
Oltrades is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Mulligan has Oltrades pressed against the cage, preventing Oltrades from circling away and getting back to striking at range. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Oltrades creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oltrades gets through Mulligan's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. The referee calls for Oltrades to work.

#R1# Oltrades lands with an overhand left.#CUT2# It looks like Orval Parker has been cut. Oltrades misses with an uppercut. Parker saw that one coming. Parker takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Oltrades fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Parker out cold! Brutal finish!

#R1# Oltrades throws a jab but it's blocked by Bintang Ramdhani. Oltrades punishes Bintang Ramdhani's body with a nice straight punch. Oltrades moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.#CUT# It looks like Ahmad Bintang Ramdhani has been cut.#KD# Oltrades cracks Bintang Ramdhani with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bintang Ramdhani looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Oltrades finish him?
#ROC# Bintang Ramdhani is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Oltrades fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Bintang Ramdhani square on the jaw! Damn, Bintang Ramdhani is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
