Coming up we have a bantamweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Demian Azevedo (ranked 1948 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Bandit (ranked 1610 p4p, 157 weight class). Bandit has chosen Mardial - Hypegone ft. Gbrand as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 2 losses; Demian Azevedo! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 1 losses; The Bandit! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Bandit rushes Azevedo and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Azevedo pulls Bandit into guard.
Bandit is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Bandit stands and throws Azevedo's legs to the side, diving into side control. Azevedo is trying to escape the mount but Bandit keeps good control and instead manages to take Azevedo's back.

Azevedo staying busy and making it hard for Bandit to control. Bandit has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Azevedo is in real trouble here. Bandit gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Azevedo is tapping out! Bandit wins by rear naked choke!

Coming up we have a bantamweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Demian Azevedo (ranked 1843 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eisson Franco (ranked 3770 p4p, 168 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the bantamweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 2 losses; Demian Azevedo! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Eisson Franco! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Franco takes the fight into the clinch. Franco is trying to pull guard but Azevedo turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Franco tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Azevedo smiles and moves away.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Franco working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Franco is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Franco slips nicely into half guard. Franco performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Azevedo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Azevedo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Angostura wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Motoso Angostura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Angostura thumps Azevedo with a low kick. Azevedo gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Joca Carioca (ranked 4615 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demian Azevedo (ranked 1031 p4p, 59 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Demian Azevedo was going to win. Let's see if he was right.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Joca Carioca! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 1 losses; Demian Azevedo! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.
