Gorlanov is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Gorlanov looks winded! The ground and pound from Rang seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. #SUB# Rang is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gorlanov knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Rang creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Gorlanov sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Gorlanov is looking for a sweep. Nice takedown defense from Reyes. No joy for Gorlanov on that attempt. Gorlanov fails with the takedown#CL2# and Reyes counters by clinching up. Gorlanov is trying to drag Reyes to the mat but Reyes just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
