Gunn shoots in looking for a takedown. Blanchard tries to sprawl out of it but Gunn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Blanchard manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Gunn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Possum has his takedown stuffed and Blanchard counters with a stiff right hand. Possum doesn't succeed with the takedown enabling Blanchard to counter with a crisp jab. Jess Blanchard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Greg Possum. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Possum is defended easily by Blanchard. Possum takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
