Andst should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Andst misses with an uppercut. Shepherd saw that one coming. Good leg kick by Andst there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
