#R1# Talu cracks Roach with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Talu scores with a nice right hand.
Roy Roach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Talu jabs at Roach's body. Talu avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
#CL2# Roach gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. A head punch on the inside from Talu fails to land. Roach misses with a body punch.
Roach goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Roach is pushing Talu up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. A shot in the inside from Roach. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roach leaning against his opponent.
Talu has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Roach has Talu pressed against the cage, preventing Talu from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Roach lands a hook to the side of the head. Roach lands a right hand that snaps the head of Talu backwards. #T1# An uppercut to the body lands inside from Roach. Talu wants to break free but Roach has control.

Roach creates a bit of distance for himself, with Talu pressed up against the cage and cracks Talu with a massive uppercut! Talu goes down! He's out cold! Wow, that was some serious power there by Roach!

Roy Roach decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
