#R1# Skrtic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wendel tries to avoid it but Skrtic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wendel to the ground. Wendel escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Wendel keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Nice shot lands for Wendel. Skrtic is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Skrtic on the wrong end of a nice jab.#CUT# It looks like Drogovan Skrtic has been cut. Wendel has been working on his boxing with his coaches at JAG Training Grounds [$500/week] in the buildup to the fight. Skrtic fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Mathias Wendel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drogovan Skrtic. Wendel darts in and out, connecting with a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jab, jab by Wendel - just one landing. Wendel bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Skrtic's head.#ROC# Skrtic is rocked! Skrtic walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Skrtic limp body while Wendel jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

#R1# Skrtic dives in and grabs Wendel's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wendel pushes down on Skrtic's head and hops out. Wendel has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Wendel stuffs the takedown. Skrtic doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Wendel throws a shot to the body.
Wendel just misses with a punch to the body.
Skrtic will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Drogovan Skrtic. That's going to take a lot out of him. Skrtic with a poor takedown and Wendel counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#CUT2# It looks like Drogovan Skrtic has been cut. Wendel swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Skrtic. Skrtic doesn't succeed with the takedown and Wendel counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.#ROC2# Skrtic is rocked!#CL# Skrtic clinches with his opponent.

Brown looks more muscular than last time we saw him. No, Brown has escaped the position, nice work there. #SUB# Skrtic is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Brown is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. #SUB# Skrtic swings around for an armbar but Brown sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Skrtic's guard.#SUB# Skrtic looking for a guillotine here but Brown defends easily.
