Lee wants to control from the top but Avellaneda keeps moving. Avellaneda lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVR# Lee controlling Avellaneda's posture. Lee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Avellaneda. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Avellaneda loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. #T1# Avellaneda wanted to stand there but Lee had control of the position. Lee's coach down at Island Safe Space was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lee's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Lee looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!#TD# Cogliandro shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cogliandro showed some decent athleticism there. Lee has hold of Cogliandro's hands but Cogliandro slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Cogliandro seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Cogliandro is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cogliandro takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
