Mwekassa looking for a sweep. Not yet Mwekassa, not yet. El Mir trying to control but Mwekassa is working from the bottom. Mwekassa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for El Mir on the ground.#SUB# Mwekassa escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. El Mir gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. El Mir fails with a takedown attempt. An inside leg kick from Jackson misses. El Mir throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. El Mir fails with a takedown attempt. Mohammed Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mohammed El Mir. Jackson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from El Mir. Jackson has a takedown stuffed. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. El Mir blocks a low kick nicely. El Mir shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mohammed Jackson. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jackson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Grigorian stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Grigorian wants it to stay on the feet. El Mir fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Grigorian has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Grigorian will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Mohammed El Mir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Movsar Grigorian. El Mir fails to land the takedown. El Mir sets himself, and Grigorian steps forward looking for the clinch!
