Shoemaker connects with a body shot that sends Kazakov's belly button to the back.
Shoemaker throws a head kick but Kazakov moves out of range.
Kazakov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Shoemaker as he avoids it easily.
Kazakov looks winded!
Kazakov looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Kazakov avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kazakov closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Shoemaker misses with a two punch combination.
Shoemaker throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kazakov swinging wildly here.
Shoemaker fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Shoemaker connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shoemaker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kazakov moves away.#T1##KD#
Shoemaker cracks Kazakov with an uppercut from hell and Kazakov crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Shoemaker's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Kazakov is rocked!
Shoemaker postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Kazakov covers up, he's hurt! Shoemaker keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Shoemaker and the ref steps in to end the fight! Shoemaker can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jordon Shoemaker!
After winning the bout, Jordon Shoemaker thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Manderly throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Kazakov rushes Manderly and presses him up against the cage.
The referee calls for Kazakov to work.
Kazakov makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Manderly is trying to break the clinch but Kazakov has him pressed against the cage.
Kazakov is pushing Manderly up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Manderly prevents the takedown attempt.

Kazakov ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kazakov no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Manderly is pushing down on Kazakov's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kazakov is fighting to maintain full guard but Manderly has managed to sneak the leg through.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Manderly clobbers Kazakov with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Kazakov takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Manderly lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Manderly darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Oh Kazakov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kazakov shoots for a double leg takedown but Manderly sprawls well. He's pushed Kazakov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Manderly throws a combination. Kazakov tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Manderly has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Manderly drops Kazakov with a straight right hand, right on the button! Manderly follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Kazakov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Kazakov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Kazakov wants to stand but Watson is controlling his arm.
Watson is looking to regain half guard here but Kazakov keeps moving and retains side control.
Kazakov throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Watson works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Kazakov wants to take a breather but Watson is having none of it.

Kazakov slams Watson to the floor and that's really hurt Watson - he doesn't know where he is! Kazakov throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
