Pole with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Newell to score with a decent uppercut. Newell throws a body punch but Pole moves out of range. Pole ducks under a wild hook from Newell. Newell thuds his right hand into Pole's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Pole throws a body punch but Newell moves out of range. Pole throws a hook but Newell avoids it easily. Newell lands a really nice looking cross but Pole seems unphased.

Duke Newell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Newell is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pole. #R1# Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pole manages to avoid it. Good leg kick by Lee there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Lee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pole throws out the jab. Pole drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.#TD# Lee closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Pole bucks up and tries to throw Lee off but instead Lee has got his back! Lee has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.#SUB# Lee has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Pole is defending well but eventually Lee manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Pole has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

letting Newell counter with a right hand. Newell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pole stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Pole misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Newell.
Newell lands with an overhand left. Newell scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Newell misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Pole was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Pole ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Newell moves away. Pole lands a jab to the nose. Newell throws a shot to the body.
Pole loads up on a big right hand but Newell slips the punch. Pole walks into a left hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pole punishes Newell's body with a nice straight punch. Newell thuds his right hand into Pole's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Willis stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Willis displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pole throws out the jab. Willis looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Willis ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Willis lands a head shot. Willis punishes Pole's body with a nice straight punch. Willis getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Pole takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Pole is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Touchard lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. A telegraphed right hand from Touchard misses the target. Pole swings for the body but Touchard moves out of range.
#TD# Touchard shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Touchard showed some decent athleticism there. #SUB# Touchard seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Pole is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

#TD2# Lee drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pole knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lee on the ground. Lee lands a few punches from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lee working the ground and pound from side control.#SUB2# Lee is working to tighten his grip on Pole's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Pole has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Lee is really squeezing tight and eventually Pole passes out! Lee breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Woflgang needs to keep his hands up - Pole had a free shot at his head there. Pole lands a jab to Woflgang's midsection. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Woflgang. Pole lands with a nice body punch. Pole jabs Woflgang to the body, keeping him at a distance. A solid leg kick lands there for Pole.
Pole swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Woflgang. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pole stuffs the takedown. Pole throws out a counter right but Woflgang avoids it with no problem. Pole throws a low kick but it's checked well by Woflgang.
