#R1# Kempton misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Telfer is looking to clinch but Kempton is avoiding it.
#TD# Kempton changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Telfer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Telfer is trying to control Kempton's posture but Kempton avoids it. Telfer might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kempton haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Telfer is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Telfer wants to control but Kempton is keeping busy and won't allow it. Telfer has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Telfer preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Telfer is pressing down on Kempton's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Telfer working a defensive guard here.
Telfer bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kempton's guard. #REVB##T1# Telfer wants to control from the top but Kempton keeps moving. Telfer works a leg free and moves into half guard. #SUB2# Telfer seems to be working for a kimura but Kempton defends the submission attempt. Telfer prevents Kempton from standing back up.
Telfer frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kempton tries to hold on but Telfer pushes him away. Kempton has given up his back. Will we see Telfer going for some submissions?
#SUB2# Telfer has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Kempton is in real trouble here. Telfer gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Kempton is tapping out! Telfer wins by rear naked choke!

#R1##TD2# Telfer shoots in and bounces Kempton off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Telfer passes Kempton's left leg - he's now in half guard. #SUB2# Telfer is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kempton defends it well. Telfer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kempton does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. #SUB2# Telfer wants to work for an arm triangle but Kempton is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
#SUB2# Telfer is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Telfer lands strikes from half guard. Telfer working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. #T1# Kempton avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Telfer. Telfer wants to control but Kempton is keeping him busy. #SUB2# Telfer maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Kempton could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Telfer has cracked it and Kempton is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Telfer!

#R1# Kempton tries to close the distance and clinch but Cheetaham swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. #TD2# Kempton closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Cheetaham quickly recovers to half guard.#ES# Cheetaham has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Kempton is on him like a limpet, forcing Cheetaham back against the cage. Kempton misses with a hook to the ribs.
#TD2# Kempton decides to pull guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cheetaham controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Cheetaham working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Cheetaham stays in close to Kempton's body and controls the position. Cheetaham is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cheetaham is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Cheetaham has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Cheetaham makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.#T1# Cheetaham slips nicely into half guard. Kempton on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. #SUB# Cheetaham is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kempton defends it well. #SUB# Cheetaham is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Cheetaham is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Cheetaham prevents Kempton from getting the reversal. Cheetaham takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.#T2# Cheetaham lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Cheetaham is landing with some decent strikes but Kempton is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Cheetaham controlling the position easily from mount. Cheetaham locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Kempton is forced to tap!
