Velasquez drives through and clinches with Jojo against the cage.

Velasquez wants the takedown. Jojo is fighting it off but Velasquez persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Jojo's guard against the cage.
Velasquez is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Let's hope that Velasquez has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.#SU2#

Lich tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jojo defends well and Lich ends up having to push Jojo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#TD#
Lich shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Lich was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!#SUB#
Lich thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Check out the look on Lich's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Jojo prevents Lich from moving into mount.

Lich has hold of Jojo's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Jojo manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
