Nice defenses there by Thai. Thai throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lanetaylor. Thai lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lanetaylor circles away quickly and effectively. Thai throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sloppy strikes from Thai. Those never looked like landing. #CL2# Thai rushes Lanetaylor and presses him up against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lanetaylor tries for a takedown. No joy.

Thai works on Lanetaylor's body with a couple of short punches. Lanetaylor wants to stall.

Muay Thai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Thai lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Thai avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

As Thai looks to move away, Lanetaylor throws a big counter combo but Thai just gets out of the way.#T3# Thai pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lanetaylor back to the cage. Thai follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Thai on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Thai must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Thai content to stall in guard here. #SUB# Thai is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Lanetaylor has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Thai is looking to defend but Lanetaylor has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Thai! Lanetaylor pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Thai taps out and this one is all over!
