Kelly tries to close the distance and clinch but Gonzalez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. #TD2#
Gonzalez manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kelly on his heels. He'll look to pass Kelly's guard now, I'm sure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grays changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kelly looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Grays misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

KO thows a left - swing and a miss!
KO swats away the attempt to clinch by Kelly.
Kelly displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as KO throws out the jab.
As KO looks to move away, Kelly throws a big counter combo but KO just gets out of the way.
KO jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Kelly misses with a kick to the body.
KO drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Kelly right on the button. Kelly goes down! KO follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! KO gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nothing KO!
