I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Benton has cracked Marida with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Benton lands another huge swinging hook and Marida tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Marida, before Benton can land any more shots!

Inu shoots in looking for a takedown. Benton tries to sprawl out of it but Inu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Benton manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Benton doesn't manage to clinch there - Inu circles away.
Benton will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Benton cracks Inu's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Inu slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Benton can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Bott fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Benton manages to avoid it.
Benton leaves Bott with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
It seemed like Benton was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
