Look low, kick high! Javier uses the oldest trick in the book to send Tonu tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Javier is absolutely delighted - when Tonu wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

We've been informed that Vuori has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Vuori is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Wayne tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Javier just stands there and leans against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Javier creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Wayne is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Javier to keep the fight standing.

Madzucic tries to close the distance and clinch up but Javier swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Javier lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Javier and Madzucic are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Javier throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Madzucic into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Javier knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
