Thompson leaves Trevino with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michal Trevino. That's going to take a lot out of him. Trevino misses with a takedown attempt and Thompson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Trevino shoots and misses and Thompson counters with a nice uppercut. #ROC2# Trevino is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Michal Trevino has been cut. Trevino really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Thompson cracks Trevino's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Trevino slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Thompson can do further damage! This one is done, son!
