#R1# Jahn clobbers Yosuji with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Yosuji throws a combination that misses #CL2# and Jahn counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Jahn jumps guard but Yosuji stands there with Jahn around his waist. Jahn gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
#TD2# Jahn has hold of one of Yosuji's legs. Yosuji is fighting the takedown attempt but Jahn gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.#ES# Yosuji manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Jahn leaves Yosuji with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Yosuji really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#CL# Yosuji rushes Jahn and presses him up against the cage. This has been an exciting period of action! Jahn tries for a takedown but Yosuji manages to get underhooks.

Jahn trying to control the position from guard on top but Yosuji is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Yosuji seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Yosuji manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jahn manages to get himself to full guard.

Let's hope he's not broken it!#SUB# Yosuji goes for an armbar but Jahn turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Jahn. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Yosuji wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Yosuji keeping full guard, as Jahn tries to pass. #T4##SUB# Jahn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Hanma Yosuji dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. #R2# Yosuji tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jahn sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Yosuji somewhat. The fight stays on the outside here - Yosuji looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Yosuji sets himself, and Jahn steps forward looking for the clinch! Yosuji avoids it this time. Yosuji moves out of range as Jahn throws a body kick.

#CL# Yosuji closes the distance and pushes Jahn back into the cage. Yosuji is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jahn tries to pull guard but Yosuji won't allow it.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hanma Yosuji. That's going to take a lot out of him.#T1# Jahn misses with a body punch.
#BC2# Jahn breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jahn swats away the attempt to clinch by Yosuji. Jahn throws a right hand that Yosuji ducks under and follows up with a left that Yosuji also avoids with ease. It looked like Yosuji was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. No luck for Jahn with that takedown attempt. Yosuji feinted with a counter takedown. Yosuji tries for a takedown but Jahn sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Yosuji shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jahn as he jumps to the side. Jahn looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Jahn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Yosuji. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jahn shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Yosuji as he avoids it easily. #T2# Yosuji takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Hanma Yosuji is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.#CL# Yosuji clinches with his opponent.

#CL2# The fight moves into the clinch position. Come on Yosuji - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Jahn has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Yosuji is working away from the top position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yosuji prevents Jahn from improving his position. Jahn wants to control but Yosuji is keeping busy.

A close second round but Ron Jahn will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. #SUB# Yosuji is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jahn to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jahn shrugs it off. Yosuji punching from mount but Jahn doing a good job of avoiding damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jahn tries to reverse the position but Yosuji maintains control. Yosuji controlling from the full mount. #T1# Jahn keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
#SUB# Yosuji is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jahn can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

#T2# A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Yosuji looking to control but Jahn is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. #T3# Jahn gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jahn can do anything to dispel that myth.#SU# Yosuji escapes and gets back to his feet. Jahn throws a sloppy body shot
and Yosuji counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Jahn fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Yosuji fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jahn avoids it really well and circles away. Ron Jahn seems to be getting the better of the standup. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Yosuji tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. #T4# Jahn moves out of range of the body kick. Jahn is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Yosuji shoots for a double leg takedown but Jahn sprawls well. He's pushed Yosuji's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Despite the aggression on Jahn's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hanma Yosuji. That's going to take a lot out of him. A solid leg kick lands there for Jahn.
#TD2# Jahn shoots in and bounces Yosuji off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Hanma Yosuji overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Jahn is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Jahn wants to pass the guard but Yosuji is keeping the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.#SUB# Yosuji working for a triangle but Jahn defends it easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Hanma Yosuji showed his dominance in that final round. I think Yosuji has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
