Imanari gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Imanari will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Therma up against the cage.

Therma is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Imanari's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Imanari's back!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Imanari wants to free his trapped foot but Therma is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Imanari moves into the clinch successfully.
Therma is looking to control Imanari's arms but Imanari gets an underhook and turns him. Now Therma has his back to the cage.
Therma is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Therma can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight.
Imanari can't find room to land a body shot as Therma controls the action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Therma changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Imanari tries to avoid it but Therma manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Imanari to the ground. Imanari escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Imanari counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Imanari.
Therma jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Imanari walks away with a smile on his face. Therma gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Therma shoots in for a takedown but Imanari shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for AA Therma. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD2#

Imanari has an Americana. Therma didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Imanari is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Imanari hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
