Tressi wants to stand and escape but Harper is having none of it.
Tressi is trying to control the position but Harper postures up.
Harper landing some decent shots from guard.

Tressi wants to improve his position but instead Harper has moved into half guard.

Tressi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harper. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tressi has hold of Harper's hands but Harper slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Harper is nestled in close to Tressi, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Song goes for a double leg but Tressi avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tressi continues to drive forward.
Tressi lands an overhand right.

Song tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tressi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Song somewhat.
