#R1# Cane fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Barton is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Barton avoids the head kick by Cane.
Cane fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Cane darts in looking for a takedown but Barton gets double underhooks and turns Cane into the cage. And Barton tries to counter it with a takedown but Cane pushes his down on his head and steps out. A head kick by Cane misses #TD2# and Barton counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. #SUB2# Barton thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Barton chips away with some ground and pound. Barton is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! Barton postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Barton with a nice head shot there. Barton slips nicely into half guard.#SUB2# Barton in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Cane tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Barton!
