#R1##TD# Burke looking to score a takedown here. Chavez is defending well but Burke drives through and ends up in Chavez's guard. Burke controls from within his opponent's guard. Burke throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Burke throws a big right hand that misses. Burke trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. #SUB2# Chavez working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Burke doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Burke manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Burke wants to pass the guard but Chavez is keeping the position. Burke controls from within his opponent's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Chavez is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Burke rolls with it to try and escape but Chavez cranks on the arm and Burke is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
