#R1# Beeker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kirk tries to avoid it but Beeker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kirk to the ground. Kirk escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Beeker takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.#CUT# It looks like Ryan Beeker has been cut. Kirk throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Beeker stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Beeker misses with a takedown attempt and Kirk cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Beeker misses with a takedown attempt and Kirk counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#ROC# Beeker is rocked! Jim Kirk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Beeker. Beeker gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Kirk points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Beeker wakes up just in time to hear Kirk thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jim Kirk! Jim Kirk was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jim Kirk! A less than humble Jim Kirk misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.

#R1# Beeker shoots in for a takedown but Dudley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Dudley is looking for a counter combo. Beeker tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dudley defends well and Beeker ends up having to push Dudley into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#TD2# Beeker feints and as Dudley raises his hands in defense, Beeker changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Beeker is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Beeker throws a big elbow that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beeker looking to sit in guard and control but Dudley gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR# Dudley working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Beeker's head.#SUB# Dudley thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. #T1# Beeker is controlling Dudley's posture. Dudley wants to get up but he can't break Beeker's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Beeker can do anything to dispel that myth. Dudley stopping the sweep attempt from Beeker. Dudley stays in close to Beeker's body and controls the position. #T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Dudley in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.#TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Dudley enables Beeker to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dudley manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Beeker looking to pass the guard. Beeker must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dudley working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Beeker. Beeker wants to control from the top but Dudley keeps moving. Beeker is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.#T3# Beeker tries to free his leg and advance position but Dudley is retaining full guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Dudley looking for a sweep. Not yet Dudley, not yet. Beeker is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.#REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dudley defends it well. Dudley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#T4# Dudley tries to kick Beeker off but Beeker keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Beeker in particular looking to stall. Beeker is stalling here. Dudley is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Beeker seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Dudley has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. #SU# Dudley decides to stand up, so the ref orders Beeker to his feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Beeker is defended easily by Dudley. Dudley tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Beeker manages to circle out of the way. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Anthony Dudley will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! #R2##TD2# Beeker shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Beeker was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!#SUB2# Beeker looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Beeker tries to advance position but instead Dudley slips a leg back in to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dudley is trying to stand back up but Beeker is controlling him

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Dudley will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Beeker passes Dudley's left leg - he's now in half guard. Beeker controlling the pace. #T2# Well. Dudley is working for takedown but Beeker is calmly controlling the position for now.#TD# Dudley gets control of Beeker's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dudley will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Beeker sitting in guard, not really doing much. Beeker trying to control the position from guard on top but Dudley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. #SUB2# Beeker drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Dudley dives on top into guard.#REVR##T4# Beeker trying to control the position here. Dudley is fighting to break Beeker's control of his arms but Beeker is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Dudley is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Beeker is controlling him. Beeker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dudley swivels though and keeps the full guard. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Beeker shoots in looking for a takedown. Dudley tries to sprawl out of it but Beeker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dudley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Beeker shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dudley defends it nicely.#T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.#TD2# Beeker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. And that's the end of the fight! Ryan Beeker comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Beeker has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
