Cline slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Waddle pushes down on Cline's leg and manages to get into half guard. Waddle sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Cline defending well though. Waddle missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Waddle controlling the action here. Cline is looking to escape.#T1# Waddle seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Waddle trying to control from half guard but Cline is working away. Waddle thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Cline's head. Cline really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Cline wants to improve his position but Waddle is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Waddle is taking a breather. Cline says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Cline punching from the bottom.

Waddle has a closed guard, preventing Cline from standing up. Cline throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Waddle works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Waddle trying to control the position.
#SUB2# Waddle is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Cline defends well. Waddle has his hands on Cline's head, controlling the position. #T3# Cline trying to stand up but can't free himself from Waddle's guard. Cline knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Waddle on the ground. Waddle wants to stand up but Cline is controlling him. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cline accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. #SU# Cline decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Waddle, up you get! #CL2# Waddle closes the distance and pushes Cline back into the cage.#TD2# Waddle has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Cline regains guard immediately. #ES# Cline has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Waddle is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.#T4# Cline can't find room to land a body shot as Waddle controls the action.
#TD2# Cline is fighting off a takedown attempt but Waddle is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Cline to the mat. Cline regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Waddle is standing up over Cline. Cline looks to escape but Waddle dives into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.#REVR# Waddle controlling the position. Waddle wants to control but Cline is keeping him busy. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.#SUB2# Waddle has hold of Cline's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Cline seems comfortable defending it but Waddle has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Cline is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Cline is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Waddle couldn't care less - he's delighted!

#R1# Ralboa throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Waddle fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ralboa avoids it really well and circles away. Waddle is looking to chop away at Ralboa's legs. Ralboa looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Ralboa defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Waddle. Waddle fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bocky Ralboa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Waddle. Ralboa misses with a two punch combination.

Waddle is looking to clinch but Ralboa is avoiding it.

#T2# Waddle has control of Ralboa's left arm, preventing Ralboa from doing any damage. Waddle is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Waddle striking off his back but it's not causing Ralboa any problems. Ralboa loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Ralboa has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Ralboa working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Waddle has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ralboa content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Waddle manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ralboa manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Ralboa trying to hold on to Waddle's head to control him but Waddle postures up.

#T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Waddle thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. #SUB2# Waddle in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Ralboa tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Waddle!
