Jidders shoots in looking for a takedown. Sicari tries to sprawl out of it but Jidders keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sicari manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jidders fails with an attempt to clinch.
A little jabbing left from Sicari on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Sicari sizes up Jidders with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Sicari fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Jidders tries to close the distance and clinch but Sicari swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Sicari! But no joy.
Jidders shoots and misses
and Sicari counters with a left to the body. #CL#
Jidders fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sicari, pushing him back against the cage.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Sicari. #ROC2#
Jidders is rocked!
Sicari lands a hook that snaps the head of Jidders backwards.
Oh Jidders is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sicari throws a big uppercut that drops Jidders! More strikes from Sicari and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Jidders lies dazed against the cage as Sicari celebrates with his cornermen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Martino Sicari!
