Petty striking from the bottom. Petty controlling the position well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Petty is looking to escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Petty lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.#T1# Petty flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Petty wants to get back to his feet but Raikonnen is in a dominant position and won't allow it. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Raikonnen working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Raikonnen postures up.

Cruz tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Raikonnen. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cruz lands a nice short elbow. Raikonnen blocking the ground and pound attempt from Cruz. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cruz is trying to control. Raikonnen wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Cruz in particular looking to stall. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Raikonnen slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. York is trying to keep Raikonnen in close.
