#R1# Madsen takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Kale scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Madsen throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.#CL# Madsen closes the distance and pushes Kale back into the cage. Kale lands a hook that snaps the head of Madsen backwards. Madsen has had enough of the clinch but Kale keeps him there for the moment. Madsen wants a takedown.
Madsen blocking some punches.
Madsen wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Kale is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Madsen is keeping busy. Madsen blocks an uppercut.
Kale wants to stall.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kale misses with the head strike.
Kale throws a head punch that misses. #TD# Madsen pulls Kale into guard.
Madsen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kale manages to get himself to full guard.
#REVR##T1# Madsen controls from within his opponent's guard. Madsen preventing the sweep. Madsen with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Madsen working some strikes from top position. Madsen lands a couple of decent looking shots. Madsen connects with a couple of short punches. Madsen content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Madsen with a nice head shot there.#ROC# Kale is rocked!#T2# Madsen gets to his feet and stands over Kale, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Kale felt that one! Madsen unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Kale from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mark O Madsen! Mark O Madsen decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.

#R1# Kale tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Champion is able to avoid easily. Champion jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Kale lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Kale looks to throw the jab but Champion is out of range. Kale checks a low kick from Champion. Kale scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Kale gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Kale throws a leg kick which misses Champion's front leg but catches the back leg as Champion tries to avoid it. A solid body kick from Champion. Kale tries to land a leg kick but Champion saw it coming and moves away.

Champion throws a wild body kick that Kale sees coming a mile off. Champion's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kale under the eye. Champion throws a front kick aimed at Kale's knee but Kale avoids it well. Champion jabs at Kale's body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A shot to the liver by Champion. Beautiful body shot. Champion stalks Kale and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kale's face. Kale staggers backwards, shaken. Kale lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.#T1# Kale fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Champion checks it well. A big right from Kale misses. Champion showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kale.
Champion tests Kale's chin there with a solid looking shot.#ROC# Kale is rocked! Kale glances at the clock... BAM! Champion nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Kale crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Kale is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Doc Champion! After winning the bout, Doc Champion thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
