Surtic looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Surtic working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Matsui doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Matsui manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Surtic is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Matsui frees his head nicely. Oh but Surtic has switched to an armbar! Matsui is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

After the fight, Citrus Surtic was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Matsui keeps the fight on the outside.
Ryte is looking to clinch but Matsui is avoiding it.
Ryte changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Matsui tries to avoid it but Ryte manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Matsui to the ground. Matsui escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. #TD#
Matsui bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Matsui knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ryte on the ground.

Ryte tries to buck Matsui off but Matsui is having none of it.

Ryte has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Matsui should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Ryte has tightened it up now! Matsui should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
