Tennessen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kaan is fending him off so far but Tennessen persists. Nope, Kaan circles away and we're back to standing.
A little jabbing left from Kaan on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Tennessen has been working on his boxing with his coaches at MMA Dojo in the buildup to the fight.
Kaan takes a swing at Tennessen's ribcage but misses.
Tennessen changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Tennessen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kaan as he jumps to the side.
Tennessen tries for a takedown but Kaan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Caspian Tennessen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kaan's jab looks to have found its range, popping Tennessen under the eye.

Kaan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Smiff on the ground.

Kaan is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kaan is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Smiff couldn't care less - he's delighted!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Work has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

A very excited looking Anubis Kaan made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Aaron Work was interviewed post fight and said 'I am sorry for all those I disappointed tonight, I love all the fans that have come out too watch me tonight, however I will come back from this, faster, stronger and trust me better. This is a learning curve for me that I will bounce back from mark my words. Again, thank you for everything though. '.

Kaan feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ollis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Olli's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kaan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Olli scrambles back to his feet.
