Ezquerra keeping moving, preventing Ryte from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ezquerra is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1# Ryte trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Ryte being controlled here momentarily. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Ryte tries to free his leg and advance position but Ezquerra is retaining full guard. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ezquerra looking to hit a scissor sweep but Moses is one step ahead there. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Ezquerra working a defensive guard here.

Ezquerra with a nice head shot there. Ezquerra wants to pass the guard but May is keeping the position. May knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ezquerra on the ground. Ezquerra passes May's left leg - he's now in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# May looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Ezquerra moves into full mount! May won't be happy about that! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. May is trying to escape the mount.

May flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Ezquerra anticipates the leg and manages to get behind May and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Ezquerra is squeezing on May like an anaconda would it's prey. May fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
