Bowen scoring with punches to the head and body. We've been hearing good reports from Bowen's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Bowen trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bowen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bowen is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Bowen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bowen with a flurry of punches that miss. Bowen scoring with punches to the head and body. #ROC# Crompton is rocked! Bowen throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Bowen loads up on a big left hand. Crompton felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Bowen looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Crompton can't hide his disappointment, as Bowen celebrates the victory.

Crompton can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Black controls the pace. Crompton working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Black. Black is pushing down on Crompton's leg trying to pass to half guard. Crompton is fighting to maintain full guard but Black has managed to sneak the leg through. Crompton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Black. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB# Black is looking for a kimura but Crompton is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Black to get the leverage. #SUB# Black is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Crompton sees it coming and defends easily. Crompton throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Black looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Crompton with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Black scoring with strikes to the body and head. #R1# Crompton wants to clinch but Cousins slips to the side and Cousins connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Cousins bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Cousins scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Crompton takes one on the chin but seems OK.
#KD# Cousins cracks Crompton with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Crompton looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Cousins finish him?
#ROC# Crompton is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cousins finds Crompton's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Crompton flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Cousins lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Crompton will be OK.

Greenland leaves Crompton with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Greenland lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Greenland lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.#CL2# Greenland closes the distance and clinches.#BC# Crompton breaks from the clinch.

Crompton throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Vasquez on the side of the head. Crompton cracks the inside of Vasquez's front leg. #TD2# Crompton lands a huge takedown. Vasquez is out but the ref is slow to react and Crompton lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Vasquez lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.

Adkins attempts a counter takedown but Crompton avoids it well and moves away. Nick Crompton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Crompton stalks Adkins and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Adkins's face. Crompton is looking to take a break and control but Avery is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Crompton performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Avery tries to get to full guard but Crompton has control of the leg. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Avery works his way to full guard. Good work. Avery can't keep his opponent in guard - Crompton advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Crompton missing with the ground and pound from half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1# Avery wants to improve his position but Crompton is controlling well.
Avery might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Crompton wants to take a breather but Avery is having none of it. Avery is concentrating on defense, preventing Crompton from advancing position. Crompton prevents Avery from improving his position. Crompton is trying to control. Avery swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Avery is in a horrible position here. Crompton smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Avery is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Crompton postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Avery badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Crompton around the waist but Crompton pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Crompton is the winner by TKO! Crompton jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
