Not particularly brutal. Williams wants to stand but Brandis is controlling the position. #SUB# Brandis is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Brandis missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SU# Brandis stands up from guard. Let's bang! #TD2# Williams is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Brandis's half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#SUB# Williams thows an elbow strike that misses. Brandis gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Williams doesn't seem too bothered but Brandis quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Williams is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Williams really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.

#R1# Williams shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Springs but Springs pushes him off and we're back to square one.#TD# Williams tries to sprawl but Springs drives through with a takedown into half guard. Springs thows a huge punch but Williams dodges it nicely.
Springs has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Williams tries to kick Springs off but Springs keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Springs lands with a punch from half guard. Springs working over Williams with some ground and pound. Williams looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Williams has hold of Springs's hands but Springs slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Ground and pound from Springs. #SUB# Springs is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
This has been an exciting period of action! Springs works his foot free and advances to mount. Williams is bucking up trying to escape but Springs cracks him with another couple of good strikes.#T1# Williams's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Springs connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Springs cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Hard throws a sloppy head kick and Williams moves out of range easily. #CL# Williams tries to keep at a distance but Hard has taken the fight into the clinch.#BC# Hard breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. #CL# Hard closes the distance and clinches. Hard creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Williams's defenses. #CUT# It looks like Dan Williams has been cut. Hard tries for a takedown but Williams manages to get underhooks.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You can see the frustration on Bell's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Williams scores with punches from side control. Bell is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Williams tries to avoid it but Noneya manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Williams to the ground. Williams escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Noneya shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Williams as he avoids it easily. Williams is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Noneya with a body shot.
