#R1##CL2# Nurmagamedov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hull, pushing him back against the cage. Hull jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Nurmagamedov walks away with a smile on his face. Hull gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. #CL2# Nurmagamedov has Hull up against the cage in a clinch.
Hull goes for a takedown attempt but Nurmagamedov pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
#TD2# Nurmagamedov shoots in and gets a takedown into Hull's guard. Nurmagamedov controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Nurmagamedov slips nicely into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nurmagamedov works his way into side control. #T1# Nurmagamedov wants to stand but Hull has his arm trapped. #SUB2# Nurmagamedov tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Nurmagamedov lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Hull down.
Nurmagamedov remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Let's hope that Nurmagamedov has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Hull could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.#T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Hull tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Nurmagamedov presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Hull is bucking up trying to escape but Nurmagamedov cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Hull taking shots to the head. #ROC2# Hull is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Arron Hull has been cut. Hull takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Nurmagamedov's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
