Mcguire tries to land a sweep but no joy. Mcguire trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Mcguire wants to sweep here but Brands controlling him for the moment. Mcguire wants to get back to his feet but Brands is in a dominant position and won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brands postures up in Mcguire's guard and throws a big left but Mcguire blocks it. Brands is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tom Brands. Well Brands has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
