#R1# Eye lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Boy throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Boy shoots and misses and Eye counters with an inside leg kick. #CL# Boy moves into the clinch. Eye is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Boy prevents Eye from breaking the clinch. Boy looking for a takedown. Boy is looking to break free of the clinch but Eye has double underhooks. Eye wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.#TD# Boy gets control of Eye's arms and successfully pulls guard. Boy will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Boy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR##SUB# Boy is looking for a kimura here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boy wants to pass the guard but Eye is defending well. #T1# Boy thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Boy with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Eye really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Eye keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boy works his foot free and advances to mount. #T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Poor strikes thrown by Boy there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Boy content just to control the position here. Eye keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
