We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Musser wants to stand and escape but Rogers is having none of it. Musser bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rogers's guard. #REVR# Musser with a flurry of punches that miss. Rogers is looking to stand back up but Musser counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Rogers. Rogers looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#ES2# Rogers manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Musser keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Musser jumps guard but Rogers stands there with Musser around his waist. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Musser is defended easily by Rogers. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
