Parsons stuffs the takedown. Iron shoots and misses #CL# and Parsons counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Parsons. Mike Parsons has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of AJ Iron. Parsons prevents a body shot from Iron. #TD# Parsons manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Parsons really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.#TD# Rakovich shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Parsons is trying to defend but Rakovich finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Still in half guard, Rakovich seems content to control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rakovich tries to pass the half guard into mount. Parsons knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Parsons has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Krawlee is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Krawlee is looking to cinch up a triangle. Parsons throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Krawlee's body to avoid the submission. Krawlee has instead reached around Parsons's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Krawlee arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
