Hollaway closes the distance and clinches up with Smith, looking for a takedown. Hollaway pushes Smith against the cage but Smith circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Smith looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hollaway is fending him off so far but Smith persists. Nope, Hollaway circles away and we're back to standing.
Hollaway plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Hollaway is looking to clinch but Smith is avoiding it.

Smith changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hollaway looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Smith in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hollaway can do anything to dispel that myth.

Alejandro Vargas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Damion Hollaway.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
