Bellatoo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kononowicz swivels and escapes.
Bellatoo with a poor takedown
and Kononowicz counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Bellatoo tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kononowicz defends well and Bellatoo ends up having to push Kononowicz into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Krzysztof Kononowicz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cassius Bellatoo.
Kononowicz cracks Bellatoo with a right hand to the side of the head.

Kononowicz feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bellatoo sprawling to the canvas! Bellatoo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kononowicz finish him?!

It looks like Cassius Bellatoo has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kononowicz sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Bellatoo's defenses. It connects perfectly with Bellatoo's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

Wight tries to keep at a distance but Kononowicz has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kononowicz lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Kononowicz lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Kononowicz lands with a left to the head.
Kononowicz lands a right hand.
Kononowicz lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Wight is breathing heavily.

Kononowicz creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Wight with a big uppercut! Wight tries to clinch up but Kononowicz pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Wight to the mat! Wight covers up and Kononowicz unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Krzysztof Kononowicz opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.

Kononowicz stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Kononowicz struggles to land a body shot inside as Brewer controls his hands.
Kononowicz swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Brewer tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kononowicz smiles and moves away.

Kononowicz is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Brewer flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Brewer is out cold! Kononowicz holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
