David tries to clinch up but VonKeffaa circles away and keeps his distance.
David doesn't manage to clinch there - VonKeffaa circles away.
VonKeffaa has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as David is landing a low percentage of strikes.
David tries to clinch up.
David tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. VonKeffaa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.#CL#
David clinches up against the cage.
David tries to throw a body punch but VonKeffaa avoids it by throwing David back against the cage. #TD#
David drags the fight down to the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
David controls VonKeffaa momentarily but VonKeffaa frees himself.
VonKeffaa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with David. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

David moves into the clinch successfully.
David could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Sinimoy looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
David is trying to pull guard but Sinimoy turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.#TD#
David manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. #SUB#
David is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sinimoy defends well.
David has control of Sinimoy's left arm, preventing Sinimoy from doing any damage.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Sinimoy working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Sinimoy throws a big right hand that misses.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as David holds on and takes a little breather. #SUB#
David is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
David bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sinimoy's guard. #REVR#
David working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
David postures up in Sinimoy's guard and throws a big left but Sinimoy blocks it. #T4#
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as David accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
David throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Sinimoy works some decent striking defense from the bottom. #SU#
David stands and steps away. Sinimoy gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. #TD#
David gets the takedown into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sinimoy is trying to escape the position but David is controlling the position. #SUB#
David tries for a kimura but Sinimoy is defending well.
David in side control, throwing shots but Sinimoy defends.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Will David dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sinimoy is looking to sweep but instead, David has passed into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB#
David is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sinimoy sees it coming and defends easily.#SUB#
David seems to be looking for submissions.
David has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sinimoy tries to roll over but David keeps him under control.

David scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
David is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Sinimoy can do to turn this around?#SUB#
David has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Sinimoy defend it? David steps over the head and cranks it - Sinimoy is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for David!

Di Borgo Sabottino is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops David like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving David from another fist facial!

Baba throws a big elbow that misses.
Baba distracts David with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Baba postures up, still in guard. A huge hammer fist lands that bounces David's head off the mat! David is out! He's out! Baba jumps to his feet and celebrates with his corner!
