Nunez tries to score a power double leg takedown but Simeon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nunez somewhat.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Nunez walks straight into a right hand from Simeon - that's dropped him! Simeon jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Nunez from any more punishment! Nunez complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
