That was a close second round but I would say that Santo Daniel will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Vasquez shoots in but Daniel avoids the takedown attempt easily.#TD# Daniel bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.#ES2# Vasquez explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Vasquez bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.#TD2# Vasquez closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Daniel to the mat! Daniel manages to get full guard. #SU2# Vasquez gets to his feet - Daniel follows without any prompting. Vasquez throws a sloppy head kick and Daniel makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Daniel is looking to slow Vasquez down with leg kicks. Daniel will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Toner slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Let's hope that Toner has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
